I'm in need of a FFL in Bakersfield to do a PPT, on a lower. Any help would be much appreciated.

If you want to pay what things actually cost and have it done in the absolute fastest amount of time possible by a cool guy who shoots and from timt to time post on this bord call rafael. Good guy to deal with. Being local I would suggest against using a couple of the previously mentioned dealers.Iam a good shot. At least i think i would be. Iam a good free throw shooter.Comment

Since it is a PPT, I would just recommend going to the guy with the best business hours and closest to the buyer. So that cuts me out. Rafael is absolutely a stand up guy and knows his crap, but he does this on the side so it might not be as convient to pick up (if it weren't a PPT, this wouldn't matter). Valley Gun and Bear Mountain Sports have great hours so that would be easiest.
Now if the buyer wants to build that lower up, then make the drive. He can always pick up a complete rifle when he is done with his 10 days and it isn't going to cost him any extra for me to build it. I am fairly confident I have one of the largest selections of AR15 goodies in the whole area.
Really all of the KC dealers are pretty good aren't they? I have never heard any PPT FUD stories coming out of Kern County. Maybe I am wrong, but I just have never heard any.
