Rossi Trifecta?

A buddy of mine is thinking of buying a Rossi Trifecta .22lr/20ga/.243win for his girl friend. He asked me for advice, so here I am asking my more knowledgable Calgun brothers and sisters what they think. Tell me the good, the bad and the ugly.

The .22 and 20 gauge barrel were ok, but the .243 barrel was complete crap and wouldn't group under 8" at 100 yds. If I were him, I would spend my money on something else or don't expect to use the .243 barrel much. If the set had a good .243 barrel, it would not be comfortable for his girlfriend to shoot due to the rifle being very light. The recoil could be unpleasant for her.

Thanks. Maybe he should get her the matched pair 22lr/20ga. She doesn't like much in the way of recoil.
