dude, if you like it but it. There are literally hundreds of OLL you could buy. I think Addax sells their upper receivers.

Black Rain actually has CNC machines and manufactures their billet upper receivers, lower receivers and charging handles I know in house. They are great to work with and have an outstanding product with unsurpassed quality and durability.

I was going to buy Black Rain Ordnance for my last build... But they were really new at the time (really - still are), couldn't find much info, couldn't find any reviews. The price isn't that great, so I went with POF instead.

...but I still dig the looks of the Black Rain Ord. So - maybe next time...
