Do not support Antioch Armory! Rude customer service and rip-offs. I and 3 co-workers went there to do a private party transfer of 3 stripped Ar-15 lower recievers for myself and a few others for the rest from a friend of mine. Antioch Armory charged me $35 for the first and $25 each for the 2nd and 3rd. Halfway through our paper work the employee walked away saying he had to eat lunch and would be back. Other employees offered to give the employee helping us a hand, but he refused the help. So, there we were standing there waiting at the counter for half an hour for him to return! I think he was also upset that we got the Spikes lowers online for $80 each while his lowers in the counter display were $275. When he came back we asked if charging for the extra lowers was correct. He stated it was. We later contacted the DOJ and were informed they were only supposed to charge for the 1st lower and record the serial numbers off the others. When I went back and picked up my lowers 10 days later, I told him what I was told by the DOJ. He asked if I had it in writing. I told him "no", but I would look online. As I started to leave and get in my vehicle the employee followed me out of the store and asked me how much they owed me. He then asked me begrudgedly to come back in the store and refunded my overcharge. They own a gun shop, but want to rip-off anyone who doesn't know the laws. You have been warned!!!

I think there are some terminology issues the OP isn't quite aware of. Ithink I get the jist of the story though.Comment

Sorry for the confusion. A co-worker did a group buy of about 15 stripped spikes lowers. He picked them up on his own and then brought them down to Antioch to transfer them individually to us by using Antioch Armory for the private party transfer. Sorry about that.Comment

DOJ did say they were wrong for charging us multiple times per person and even called the shop to explain it to them. When I told them "I had the reciept" (with the multiple charges) that's when the store employee followed me outside and asked me to return.Comment

So if the co-worker was doing PPTs to different guys, wouldn't each of the buyers need to DROS individually?x
