The AR platform is lightyears ahead of either the Saigas or Mini-14s.

They are far more accurate, flexible, and the number of options available for it is simply staggering.

Stick with your Saigas and Mini-14s if you want. I'll keep using the BEST semi-auto system currently available.

I've gotten rid of my AR's, I just couldnt stand the gay california mag release laws. I hated having to reach for a round after the 10th round and fit it into the little hole in the bullet button/raddlock. Yes theyre fun to shoot and are one of the more attractive guns around but I enjoy the saigas and mini 14's more. Anyone else at this point?

I don't see why so many people are giving him grief. If he doesn't want to deal with bullet buttons or featureless builds, why do you care?

with the MYRIAD of options out there for california legal variants, your tellin' me, you cant just have a piece of cake without taking the whole plate? if you cant find a setup that gets the job done for you, how come you got one?
