Suppressor's legally ????

Anybody out there have (legal) sound suppressor ?
What exactly dose it take to legally own one here in California ?
And is there any different requirements for a rifle or pistol ?

There are 2 ways to own one in CA. Get a permit from the DOJ (good luck). Or get your 07 FFL and SOT (good luck). The FFL route is not completely impossible, but you had better have a lot of time and money to devote to getting it. The permit is pretty much printed on unobtanium.

Isn't there a way for a corporation to own a suppressor? Although if you're going to go through all that trouble you might as well move out of state.

nope, the only legal way to own a suppressor in CA is to be an NFA dealer/manufacturer or through an LEA or .mil.
