Glad I didn't just eat dinner.

Dinner is looking like it might be happening later than usual now. For some reason, I lost my appetite.

Up to $44,000 now. Better wear gloves when firing it - I think those stones will rip up ones hand.

Piece of crap. Appraisers give amounts for insurance purposes, not for resale. Try selling your wife's Diamond ring for the appraisal value. You'd be lucky to get half. If Liberachi was alive he might go for it, or maybe Elton John.

I'm sure my wife would go for that.

Me- Hey hunny, I want to buy a new gun.
              Wife- What is it?
Me- Well, it's this totally pimped out .45 with gold and diamond grips.
              Wife- Ah... No

I used to work in the jewelry/gem stone market.

The diamonds are .8 aprox give or take a point... I'd rate them at $2200 worth. VS1/D is pretty good but they are tiny. The cut is also higher up on the scale. ($1500 if you got proper connections or go to thailand)

                      The gold is $1400 (14k @ 208 grams) + $1500 for the custom mold.

The rubies look like they could be probably decent african rubies. Though the price is subjective. I would say maybe $500 for those rubies.

The work would be maybe $600 if done outside of the country... if done inside the country. $1500.

I'd appraise it at about $7000 realistically... but if you found it in an actual jewelry shop (lets assume a legitimate jewelry shop would carry this like tiffany's) you would probably pay $10,000-$12,000

i was just thinking about this, it would be a cool gun in a movie - when the character shoots someone he can say "blood diamonds bitcoh!"
