Appraisal

A friend asked me where he could go to get his guns appraised. I told him about the Blue Book but he said he needs it for legal purposes. Im sure if he called ahead to a gun store would be fine. What do they do about unregistered guns though?

What do you mean "unregistered guns"

Make sure the gun store knows he asking for value for retail sale and not what they would give him to buy it.

Well i know that he got quite a few from his dads passing but he also told me that he got a desert eagle and an AK, which I am not exactly sure how legal they are. Thats why I said id ask around but I want to keep my hands clean of any potential mess.

Why would the desert eagle pose any legal problems? Is it stolen?
