I was looking into making a 9mm Pistol AR, and I need some info.

What are the laws?
ex. Can it have a stock because the gun is a pistol caliber?
Can I have verticle grips?

Can any other pistol have a stock because it's pistol caliber?

If it has a stock it's not a pistol regardless of caliber.
