    random airsoft product question

Hey guys. I am contemplating purchasing a KWA M1911A1. But I wanted the eyes of experienced people to take a look at something for me and tell me I'm right or I'm crazy. The top picture is a KWA M1911A1 airsoft model. The pictures below are real 1911's. Is it just me, or is the airsoft 1911 somewhat "off" in proportions? I am aware that the trigger and MSH are differently shaped, but in particular, the trigger guard seems oddly shaped. It's almost like the trigger guard is too small? Tell me what you guys think.

    You're crazy.

Take any two real 1911's from two different manufacturers and you will notice differences.

In airsoft, some of the cheaper guns have slightly different dimensions to make for easier production and cheaper prices. KWA/KSC makes good pistols but they aren't of the most spectacular quality if you intend to actually skirmish with it (my g18 is freakin awesome tho).

If you want 100% scale and replication of the real thing (and real markings), consider a Western Arms.
