    immediate family gun transfer form ?

    my father past away and I got some hand guns supposedly there is a printable form to put these guns in my name would anyone Know where to print this form and exaclty what its called i cant seem to find On D.O.J website. If anyone knows anyhting about this would be great.

      Sorry for your loss.

      Intrafamilial transfer form is the one people typically use. But I don't know if both parties have to be alive.
