homemade spotting scope stand for bench use?

I have a spotting scope and stand. But I'm tired of lugging the stand to the range. Anyone have any home made plans for a bench mounted spotting scope stand?

I made one from a clamp.

For the arm I used this.

The rail on the clamp is tough to drill. You have to carry a allen wrench to tighten the joints once it is mounted where you will be using it.

This^^^ is what I was gonna suggest. Nice job BTW on the home made clamp
