Please help me with my new weapon

I bought my new weapon and when I took it to the range I noticed the rear sight block was canted, I believe it is causing my gun to malfunction FTF. I believe it is causing my gas piston to rub on the inside of the gas tube. I have done some research, I have read that I can take the big pin out and pound it straight, but I don't want to ruin my gun. I would like some opinions on this, any help/insight would be much appreciated. Here are a couple pictures I hope they are ok.

    Thank-you,
    Manny

Is it failing to fire or is it failing to close the bolt or is it failing to eject? A failure to fire could be caused by the bolt not closing all the way, and that could be caused by a crooked gas block or sight block but I kind of doubt it. AKs are VERY loose fitting. More often a sticky bolt has to do with the rails.

I would return it to who you bought it from or make them fix it, unless you bought it as is.
