    Bumper stock (bumpfire assist)

    Just came across this on youtube. Its a different method of bump firing using a special stock. These are both legal(supposedly) semi auto AK's! Apparently the guy has approval for this from BATF! Discuss!

              I remember something similar for the 10/22 that got shut down by BATFE (they said it was okay then changed their minds).

              How long before we see these bumpfire clips on CNN?

                  It was the Akins accelerator stock. Good idea but the ATF first approved then then changed their minds.

                      I met some guys in the desert who had these. They had it for the AR too and wanted to stick one onto my gun but I was scared so I didn't. Within hours, the rangers came and took their guns! I think they could hear the "machine gun" sound from far away and didn't like that!

                                                  Rifle fires one round with one trigger pull. Period, end, full stop.

                                                      Well, those things probably wouldn't be legal in CA anyways. But just wait til media gets a hold of this. Worst case scenario, a new swath of legislation that restrict stuff that has nothing to do with this 'toy'.

                                                          ATF has a history of not liking accelerator stocks; there is no such thing as "totally legal" when it comes to the ATF.
