Coincidence?

I don't think it is a coincidence that on the day my wife and I found out we are having a girl, I also recieved my CCW permit approval letter. (I promise I'm not rubbing it in.) Just thought it was kind of a cool sign. Like telling me it's my job to protect that little girl. Either way, today is a really good day!!!!!

Coincidence, no. Irony yes. Because with a daughter on the way, you'll be needing any and every way possible to fend off the boys who will hit on her in the mall, talk to her while she's a passanger in your car, ask if she needs sunblock rubbed on while at a family outing at the beach, etc, etc, etc.

Maybe a CCW right now isn't the best idea. God knows if I had one, I'd probably be in jail cuz I would have done a little more than just tell of some kids and chase them a few feet.

Enjoy the kids they make you realize what true love is, but it will also give you true misery with some of their decisions. You will love them deeply.
