    Nighthawk Semi-auto MFG for sale

In the early 80's I manufactured a 9mm semi-auto carbine called the Nighthawk. Approximately 1500 Nighthawks were originally produced in the United States. Owners of the Nighthawk, not the company, included Clint Eastwood and James Brolin. In 1986 I was approached by representatives of the Chinese Government to produce the Nighthawk in China for export into the United States. Subsequently, an Agreement was reached with China North Industries Corp (Norinco) and an unprecedented Joint Venture Agreement was signed in Beijing in 1987, all with the approvals of the United States Department of State. Shortly after signing the Agreement with Norinco, my company, which by then had gone public, fell victim to a stock fraud before we could begin production in China. Thanks to the greedy underwriters and unscrupulous market makers the company did not survive. Had they left the company alone, they would have made much more money exercising their stock options. 22 years later, I have the engineered drawings, manufacturing process study, support documents, the original prototype and a sample of a production gun. The engineered drawings are available in both English and Chinese. Approximately $1M has already been invested in the design, development and marketing. The Nighthawk was independently tested and featured with favorable reviews in the June 1983 Gun World Magazine (Staff Report), May 1984 Survival Guide (Staff Report), September 1984 International Combat Arms(Andy Lightbody), November 1984 Survive Magazine(Peter Kokalis), January 1985 Survival Guide(Staff Report), and September 1985 Guns Magazine(Larry Sterett). If someone wanted to pick up where I left off in the 80's and purchase what I have outright, that is one option. If someone or some on or offshore company wanted to join forces and joint venture with my contribution being what I have, that would be open for discussion as well. Open to creative offers. This is a tremendous business opportunity for the right individual or company. /end quote
