AR-15 Receiver via USPS Flat Rate?

Is it legal to send an AR-15 receiver via the United States Postal Service using their $5 flat rate box?

The receiver is going to an FFL I've verified via the FFL ez check website.

It's going to be a very tight fit. Protect the trigger guard area, and insure it. Yes it's legal.
