KUDOS to PK Firearms & Chip McCormick Custom

So, I ordered an upper from PK Firearms on Apr 30. Then over the weekend I decided I wanted to add to the order. I called them first thing monday but my order was already packed ready to ship. I asked if I could add one more item... but the man said there was no way to add, since they've already charged my cc. I said I would pay for it and asked how much... but instead he said I owe him. He'll just give me the item! Sooo I said a big THANK YOU and hung up. My shipment came in yesterday and received all the items I wanted. I've been a repeat customer with PK during the past year. I will be a repeat customer again in the near future! Here's what I ordered. (pic of upper on the right & free item on the bottom pic)



I then called Chip McCormick Custom after talking to PKF. I needed to order their new Power 10 base pad to fit into the magwell I just bought for my SA 1911. Their new Power 10 base pads weren't listed for sale on their website. The lady asked how long have I had the mags... I answered 2 years. She said they do need to be replaced. She explained how the new base pads are more angled to fit magwells. Then she said... just give me your address info and we'll send them to you... FOR FREE! Sooo I said another big THANK YOU again after giving her my info. I also received the base pads yesterday and here's a pic.


I had a great Monday and a great week. Feels like my Birthday and Christmas fell on the same day mid-year!!!
