    PPT and 30 Days (Handguns)

If I purchased a handgun (non-PPT), I know I am allowed to purchase another handgun via PPT the same month.

If I purchased a handgun via PPT, am I allowed to purchase another handgun (non-PPT) the same month?

Thanks in advance for the help

    Yes.

1 in 30 only applies to purchases from dealer stock (which would include regular FFL transfers).
It does not apply to FTF/PPT or consignment sales.

If you get an 03FFL and a COE, you are exempt from all 1-in-30 regulations.

You can do one transfer of a handgun to yourself from dealer inventory only once in a 30 day period.

You can do as many PPT's in a 30-day period as you can afford.

They are completely independent from each other.
