sub sonic ammo

evrybody knows about the sub sonic 22 ammo but does anybody know about a good subsonic 40s&w, 45 acp or a 7.62x39 or any others? are they effective and how quit are they?

Why? Without a suppressor sub sonic ammo will do nothing but put less energy down range. Its still going to be loud as hell just without the sonic crack.

40's in 180gr will most likely be subsonic. Just about every 45 rounds is subsonic. I very highly doubt you will find factory 7.62x39 sub sonic ammo and even if you did it would not cycle in your rifle without some major work to it.

the sonic crack is the hardest part the expanding gas problem can be very easily solved im sure you guys can all use your imagination thier is a lot of simple ways

Just keep in mind that ANY device that is used to lower the sound of a firearm is highly illegal. Just a heads up. Have fun and be safe.
