k-var parts kits?

Okay, so kvar wont send parts kits to california, demilled kits. while i dont understand the rationale, they wont even take a billing address from cali???Right, so screw them etc.. but is there anything that would prohibit there demilled krink kits fom being legal in california? If it was 30'' OAL, pinned stock, mag lock and so on. Could I have a kit sent out of state and then back in? Its just parts right?
I wanted to check with you guys before i tell them to go to hell. I dont have any intention of ordering from them right now, but i just wondered if they knew something i missed.
Is this some kind of political statement on their part? Or are they just jerk asses? Has anyone ever called to ask?

According to their web site, they are currently out of krinkov parts kits and have been for some time. I apologize if i gave the impression that they had some.

krink kits @ kvar? really? I know a guy that lives out of state so that's not a problem for me.

EDIT:: I actually asked when I was on the phone with them last week about krink kits and they said they didn't have any in stock...

I sent an email to Kvar asking them again. I'll give them a call tomorrow too just to double check that I am wrong

jno no there out of stock. i just wondered why the over the top anti california policy. i didnt realize they had been out of stock for so long. sorry to get your hopes up. it looks like all there stuff is out of stock.
My question should have been phrased, "k var parts kits, are they special or something?"

K var has a direct pipeline to Arsenal of Bulgaria and Izhmash in Russia. Basiclly they get the best stuff, and like most other out of state, it's their way to "show us" not to vote for the anti gun politicians.

I doubt it. From what I know of Arsenal/K-Var (same animal, really), they don't give a rat's *** about it - it's their way of covering their own asses from any legal involvement.

I tried to buy a 7.62 Bulgy krink kit from K-var about 5-6 years ago when they were like $500 and I got denied. So I got mine from Floridagunworks. I still use K-var for other parts though.
