Im Trying To Get Knowledge On Ballistics

No, Im not a sniper, but I find it interesting how the calculate distance, bullit drop, wind....ect. How can I figure out adjustments for wind, when shooting a .22LR (standard load) 36 grain hollow point @ 100 yds. Me and a buddy play "horse" with steel targets at 100 yards and it's been really windy lately.

LOL....we take our plinking very seriously.

Wait for the wind condition to fit your previously-set adjustments. Also, if you shoot at paper, you'll improve your "feel" for wind; shooting steel will never improve your shooting here. You can set up flags or use range's natural features (grass, pond, targets) to see how "windy "it is.
