A guy towards the front left corner of the show was selling those pistol and rifle rated metal target spinners.

It could have been R&D Safeworks. I have a safe from them and I know he makes hanging steel targets and saw them at the show on Sunday. I don't have his paperwork handy with his number though. I don't know if that is the guy you saw, but they do sell the targets.
