Every month, I donate to the Calguns foundation from my online billpay automatically for the past year and a half without issue.
This month I received the following
Has anyone had the same issue with Chase and Redwood City Zip 94065?
This month I received the following
"The online bill payment described below could not be delivered and a stop payment was placed on this item:
Payment to The Calguns Foundation from account XXX for $XXX, to be delivered by 04/13/2010.
This payment was returned as undeliverable. We'll refund the amount to your account within five business days of the stop payment date.
Please contact this Payee and update their Payee profile with the correct address before rescheduling any future payments."
The information is correct on the payee so I thought I would just enter in a new one.When I try to enter a new payee information the Chase website will not take the zip code "94065" as valid.Payment to The Calguns Foundation from account XXX for $XXX, to be delivered by 04/13/2010.
