CAN A NON RESIDENT STORE GUNS IN CA

I own a business in CA. I am back and forth between Wa and Ca. I am a Washington resident. I am looking a possibly buying a house out here. I am looking at buying a few safes and bleeding my gun collection into CA. I have three questions. All the guns will be Ca legal with bullet buttons and all that good stuff. Any inside is helpful thanks

1 Can I a non resident store firearms in Ca?

2 Can I register my handguns as a non resident?

3 Can I store them at my office in a safes?

    Yes.

I don't believe so. Since you don't have residency, you aren't a personal handgun importer. This is actually a good thing. I wouldn't worry about it.

Yes. As long as you have permission from your employer (or you are the employer and you give yourself permission).

Laws that forbid the carrying of arms...disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes...Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man.
