I was wondering (and I apologize if this post should be on the 2A politics section) if anyone had any information on the California gun list going away or possibly going away. Seems like there are a lot of guns NOT on the list that would be nice/safe to have. Personally, I'd like an FNX-40 and I can't get one because it's not on the list. Secondly, anyone have any information about FNH adding their guns to that list if it won't go away? Thanks, Marcus.

It should be in politics/laws, but it's OK here.
The Roster won't just 'go away'.
There is a court case, waiting for SCOTUS's McDonald decision before it goes forward, that addresses the Roster.
