Anyone ever tried..

one of those .22lr converstion kits for AR's? I was thinking of picking one up and just wanted some feedback.

I thought about it but decided I'd rather have a complete .22lr upper, rather than the simple conversion.

I've heard that the real military ones are pretty good. the cienners are kinda so-so, I've got a .22 conversion by them for my mini and It's not what I expected.
