    Any 1911 torture tests?

    A friend of mine in interested in 1911's and wants to see how they do in torture tests.

          doing anything that would scratch the surface on purpose would be blasphemy... Shooting related torture tests would be ok in my book.

            They were tested in Flanders and passed inspection.

                Not the torture test we had in mind, I was thinking mud,water,dirt,sand that kind of thing.

                        I got one of their custom 1911's as a part of the commemorative editions for 4th ID vets, it was a great price for what they would've charged but all in all I'm not impressed with it. Maybe it is the double stack extra wide grip or maybe it is cause I like compacts more...
