Good "gun saves" story from CNN.com

She seemed upset that she didn't hit him. Although she is probably a nice lady who wouldn't want that on her mind, I'm sure she wouldn't shed tears over it either.

What really got me is that the police reloaded it for her... . Southern California doesn't have many of those left. I remember those kind of cops growing up, the ones who look out for "their" neighborhood, the ones who look differently at what's right not just what's "legal". I miss them.

I love the fact that the police reloaded it for her before they left. Of course, that is in Des Moines Iowa. I wonder what the police would have done in say...... San Francisco.

I grew up in Des Moines, that's how we "roll". She's in a "not so good" part of town. Now my friends can understand my frustration with CA gun laws. The reloading it for her was the best part of the story.
