    Redlands Wal Mart

I go through Wal Mart in Redlands at least once a week after I pick up the mail from the post office across the street. Today I went in, and they had more ammo there than I have seen in a long time. They had Federal 100 round .223, they had two or three different variants of Remington .223 white boxes. 100 round .40 cal white boxes, etc. Only thing I didn't see was .45.

The guy asked me what kind of gun uses .223 cos he never sells it. So if you are in the IE, you might want to swing by and check it out.

      Prices

What were the prices? Ammo Bros. in Ontario is not far from my house, so aside from gun shows, I buy my .223 from them. $175 for 500 rounds of factory reloads. 100% reliable stuff. They also have new and surplus stuff if you're so inclined.

      Regards,

      John

I go to the redlands store all the time. They never have ammo even when all the other local walmarts do. I got tired of looking there. Now yesterday I went to a walmart in the middle of nowhere in Texas. They had wwb 9mm, 223 and federal, winchester and remington bulk 22lr. I got some of the federal 22lr. Mark

Ammo Bros reloads are def cheaper. The 100 round box of Federal is 39.95 (So about $200)

I agree, often they don't have anything. On my last two trips there I have picked up 4 boxes of that 100 round federal.

Last time I saw .45 ammo at the Redlands Wal-Mart was about 1.5 years ago and it was WWB 230gr FMJ .45GAP ammo.

Yeah Walmart has good deals on ammo when they decide to stock up.

On another note, when I go in the early morning sometimes to check for ammo at the Redlands Wal-mart, the department manager there is very helpful; great guy to deal with. If more mangers were like him I would shop there for other stuff too.
