Im thinking of selling a Saiga 12 and a SKS. Can I sell rifles even though Im on a 10 day wait for a lower receiver?

I thought ( for some reason) while you were buying a lower/rifle/pistol you cannot sell any guns. maybe I was thinking buying pistol or another rifle while in a DROS timespan.

Not that either.
Only restriction is 1-every-30 for dealer stock handguns.

You can DROS a pistol, and the next day, buy 5 long guns and sell your old B-92.

There is no limit in how many PPTs you can have per 30 days...you're good to go.
