    Used gun value

not sure if this is the right forum, if not let me know and I will repost in the correct area.
I have a son getting back from his first overseas deployment (Navy) and wants to start his gun collection (21 and hazard duty pay burning a hole in his pocket)
I have a good friend wanting to sell some of his guns and wants to know the fair price. they are safe queens and he is loosing interest and moving on to other hobbies.
    He has the following
    HK USP 9mm
    Sig 220 45
    Para Ordnance P14-45
    Beretta 92FS 9mm
can anyone give me a fair friend to friend price? thanks

I PMed a guy here about fair pricing. I was told the best thing is to go to gunbroker.com or a Turner's store and see what they have and if you can check their blue book. I'd love to see a basic range of value posted here!

Assuming 100% condition, according to the 27th edition of "Bluebook of Gun Values":

      HK USP 9mm $670.00
      Sig 220 45 $695.00
      Para Ordnance P14-45 $685.00
      Beretta 92FS 9mm $555.00

These prices may vary according to things like night sights, finishes, etc.

The book cautions, "Resale offers on many models could be anywhere from near retail to 20-50% less than the values listed, depending upon locality, desirability, dealer inventory, and profitability."

      Hope this helps.

My answers in bold. Depending on condition this is what I feel is a fair price. Obviously if the guns are i LNIB condition i say add 10%
if they are used then maybe take off 10%.
