What Do I Need...

I'm going today to buy my first rifle in over 5 years Last time I bought all I needed was a drivers license, a hunting license (to show I'd passed a safety course) and money. Is this still all I need to get a centerfire rifle or are there new rules I'm unaware of? Thanks.

For a rifle you don't need a hunting license, just a driver's license or other means of California identification, money and patience to wait out the ten day waiting period and a CA approved lock, when you pick it up..

10 days heck! 10 days is no sweat. The rifle is being special ordered so it's going to be a 2 week wait for me
