Pro self defense/ second amendment books

Hey all, I searched on here and didn't find much at all in this particular regard.

Are there any books (novel, fictional type works) that are pro self defense and/ or pro second amendment that any of you know of?

I ask because I am writing a novel that is pretty well based on the idea, I won't get into grave detail here, but just wondering if anything else has been written on the same subject.

    Thanks

On killing in self defense: I would rather be judged by 12 than carried by 6.

I would also rather my friends and family come visit me in prison than come to visit my grave.

Unintended Consequences by John Ross is considered by many to be the bible for the 2nd Amendment.

Price is a bit steep nowadays though.

Keep in mind if you're ever on trial for whatever offense, you're not being judged by a jury of your peers but rather by a jury of 12 people that couldn't get off of jury duty .

One of the best reads there is....
You might want to read The Bias Against Guns by John R. Lott, JR. or America Fights Back by Alan Gottlieb and Dave Workman.
Also maybe not what you were looking for but a fun read is the series from Matthew Bracken called
        1: Enemies Foreign and Domestic
        2: Domestic Enemies, The Reconquista
        3: Foreign Enemies and Traitors
All of these are good reads and keep one interested if you like guns...

Yea, but I am alive, which leads to the second point, I'd rather people visit me in jail (or prison depending) than visit my grave.
