Gun Smith?

I live in Santa Clarita CA. Can anyone recommend a decent gunsmith in the area? Any idea on how rates work as far as costs these days? For instance a friend has a 1943 hungarian 380 and it looks like it could use a good cleaning and once over. I need to give them an idea on cost. I would clean if it for them but since it is so old it would be nice to have a "once over" from a professional.
Any suggestions for me/us?
