Magazine release for AR15

I tried to unscrew the magazine release of my AR 15 but it was probably tighten by permanent lock tite any suggestins guys how would I unscrew it and change it to a permanent screw so that the magazine would be fix and could not be release. Thanks!!

if it's got one of these installed it meats the definition of a fixed mag build and you are all set

If it's too tough to take out, then what's the problem? You're trying to make it more "permanent" - it sounds pretty "permanent" to me.

drill the left side of the mag release at the little dot, once your through it will come apart into two pieces...

Use heat, it will come off.
