My guess would be the maker of the standard issue Chinese infantry rifle. Pre 1990 I am sure it would have been the Russian AK-47. Just my best guess.Comment

ATF posts a report of guns manufactured per year in the USA and people have linked it on other forums. Norinco is not a manufacture, just the consortium they sale under. The biggest I believe is either Hyundai or Izmesh.sigpicComment
