Gun stuff in Las Vegas

Hi everyone,
I'll be going to Las Vegas for a few days in the end of July and wanted to ask for any suggestions on gun related activities. I'm not interested in shooting machine guns since I had a lot of that when I was in the Marine Corps a while back, but I am interested in trying out a 600m or 1000yd range. Anything like that near Las Vegas? Do they let you just go out into the desert and shoot? Anyone know where I can pick up (relatively) cheap brass, especially 10mm pistol and .50 BMG?

Man I don't think I can ever get tired of shooting machine guns!

I know that frontsight is out there and they have a huge range out there. Anyone know where exactly it is?

What type of brass is this? How many times has it been fired? I can give you $20 for 100 cases.

I'm in fremont and work in livermore. I can pick up stuff from Sacramento, but it'll be in August after my trip to Las Vegas and southern Ca.
