    A few questions

Hey guys. I am originally from San Diego but have been in Minnesota for the past few years enjoying my gun rights. I am returning soon though and I have a few questions. I have read a lot on this site and think I am set but just in case, here are my concerns for each of my firearms:

I will return but won't have a valid CA license or ID for at least a few weeks or so. I may be able to get my CA license before I come to the state if necessary. The problem here is my ability to register any of these. How long do I have until I need to register firearms?

WASR 10 AK: I purchased the low cap (10 rd) model and will install a bullet button soon. This should check out ok. Do I have to register this? Before or after I come to CA?

Bersa UC9. This was on the CA list of approved handguns when I bought it not 8 months ago (specifically so I could bring it back to CA) but it expired from the list. Am I still ok? How long do I have to register it?

.22lr semi-auto 10 rd rifle and lee-enfield MKIII. No gray areas around these. Does CA require rifle registration?

Thanks for any advice you have for me.

    60 days.

Negative. It doesn't even need to be reported, just make sure the maglock is installed before bringing it in, and disassemble any high-cap mags and either make a few bucks on the parts kits, or block them to 10rds.

Roster ONLY applies to dealer inventory sales. It has no impact on in-state FTF/PPT, importation by a new resident, or intrafamilial transfers from out of state.

Same as with the WASR... no registration or declaration on long guns, only handguns.
