    Ammo Online?

I am looking to buy some .22LR CCI ammo online, I have heard some horror stories about places like Cheaper Than Dirt and dealings with CA. What are some places I should look into buying .22LR CCI ammo online? Any company that has remained CA friendly that I should support?

Ammunitiontogo, J&G Sales, SGAmmo are excellent. Aim surplus has good stuff but I refuse to buy ammo from them because I have to send a copy of my ID. To much info.

I thought CTD was being overly ridiculous with people from CA not just with ammo, I don't want to support a company that does not treat us with equality.

Just noticed that none of those places have the CCI 22LR Mini-Mags? Any other suggestions?

I bought from CTD, AIM, Ammoman, Cabelas, Midwayusa, Palmetto. Never once had a problem. I don't believe I have ever sent my ID in either.

The problem with CTD is that they refuse to ship certain AR parts to California like slings and brass catchers because they are "assault rifle parts" which have been "banned in California" and they will not listen to reason on those issues.

Good luck getting Minimags, they haven't been in-stock at any of my usual sources for months. If you really want some now, people are always selling them on GunBroker.

Judging by the OP's location, I'm assuming he's located within the city of LA. Most places won't ship to LA as I think the city has a policy on it (although those who do ship may not be aware of it). It would be convenient for me to have ammo shipped to my work (in downtown LA) but instead I have to have it shipped to my house since it's not in 'LA.' CTD doesn't have any problems shipping ammo to my home address, and neither does any other site I've ordered from. And surprisingly, most of them didn't require my ID for age verfication, even when I asked them if they wanted it and it says they need it on their website. Go figure.

It's not CTD that not treating California equally, it's California not treating California equally. I don't blame any business for being strict on their restrictions for shipments to California, they have a lot to risk and shouldn't have to keep up with our silly laws.
