Anyone done business with TMJ Trading?

I paid off my layaway 4 wks ago. $300.00. The item is in stock, Although the owner said has had knee surgery and in not putting in full weeks. I was assured by him, 3 wks ago via email, that I would have my order before a camping trip on Mar. 26th. It takes a week to ship UPS ground from his state to Ca. I've sent 2 emails and a phone message since his assurance. No response. I'm hoping I do not have to contact the ICC about this. Anyone here recieve an order from this Co.? Or is this a scam?

That guy is a scammer, there is a very long thread where a lot of unhappy people have posted up about him. Look at his i-trader it is like -17 or something. If I was you I would contact my CC and Dispute the charges before it is too late.

Yeah, he has nothing in stock. He's probably on his ninth knee surgery this year. I was part of that 30% that got their stuff (sig 522) but it took like 5 months. To get somthing that would ship out any day now. Call your cc company and cancel.

-22 rating on iTraders. First 3 guys did well, the rest since then have not done well.

Here's an email I got today: Good Day
I am not sure whats with all the e-mails you are sending, Mark dose not work for TMJ Trading anymore he sold the company to us a few months back. If you are having a issue please let me know what it is and I will help you with it. We are still going though all the paper work of who is owed what and if you have not revived your item by now I can cross check that tonight and have it in the mail for you Monday, I need your name, order number if you have it and what it was you ordered and I can get back to you tonight. I am willing to work with you and have this issue taken care of first thing Monday.

I don't know weather to believe you or not. Mark has ripped off quite a number of people from Calguns.net. A large organization with ties to the CA legislature and the Senate. There is a thread there with over 112 replies. Most are ready to press charges. Myself included.
My last Email from Mark was on march 9th. You say You bought the Co a few months back? Sounds like BS to me. This email will be saved and posted. As ALL the others.
I will give you one chance to make good. If I see a valid tracking no. tomorrow, I will not notify the Maine attorney general of this theft. Otherwise......Others and myself have a very good grand theft case. Sincerely, James Smith

I understand you're upset and you have every right to be but misrepresenting calguns is not something you should do. What ties to the CA legislature and Senate are you implying and why would they matter if they existed at all?
