WTK about K-var and Ca

Ok So i am not a Ca resident any more, i live in Tn but i still have my Ca ties. So i decided to buy a SLR107 from them. Last night i got an email from k-var saying they can not sell me the rilfe. So i call them today and they are like oh sorry we can't sell you anything bacause your account is from Ca. I try to explain to them that i just moved to Tn a few months ago and my billing address in my parents home, they are still like no we can't sell you one. So i offer to give a CC with a Tn address and the lady is like, sorry can't do that either Casue we have you connected with Ca already and don't want to get in trouble. Really WTF what is thier problem with Ca?? has anyone else had this problem? (them not selling you a rifle because you are from Ca or is there something else going on???
