      You can assemble mag parts into new magazines that have been permanently altered to only hold 10 rounds though. Just not manufacture a new high-capacity magazine, that would be breaking the law.

        As long as you are not buying it to construct a NEW 30 round mag and are using it to either fix a EXISTING 30 round mag or simply buying it for when you go out of state or hopefully someone decides to lift the gun laws.
        But yes you can purchase a mag kit.
