No More Sabre Defense Lowers in CA?

I was told today that Sabre Defense Does not want their products to sell in CA anymore. I went to a distributors website and it said Sabre Defense lowers are no longer available to the civilian market in CA. When i inquired further to this vendor about why, this was pretty much what they said.
"This was a request straight from Sabre Defense, they no longer want their products going into CA. Sabre Defense Feels that the laws in CA are such a grey area they do not want to take the risk."
I find it strange since there have been so many Sabre Defense sales lately and maybe this vendor meant Only Lowers and not "All Products" but who knows. Anyone else hear about this? With the recent BATF thing it seems like too much of a Kawink-E-dink that this is happening.

Here is my take. Sabre used to ship lowers here directly and stopped a while ago. The story I got was they were trying to get more and more military/gov contracts and wanted to stay as squeaky clean as possible.

This was about a year ago long before the ATF raid.

I saw that already while doing a search on the whole Sabre CA friendly issue.

I knew i couldnt be the first one to find this, im bummed none the less i really like my Sabre Lower and wanted more. So just to clarify are we talking about just lowers here or are they trying to keep ALL PRODUCTS out of CA? I cant see that being smart at all but then again a Gov contract would be worth a whole lot to them.

Yes its just lowers. All other stuff is still shipped here from them directly.
