I know that the M4 carbine has extended feed ramps for increased reliability. My question is does anyone know if the M16A4 also have extended feed ramps? Just outta curiosity.

I don't think so. that's why they're called " M4 feedramps"-A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.*
*participation may vary by location. Not valid in California.

Nope.
M4 feedramps are only for the carbine-gassed M4 carbines.
Rifles have rifle ramps because there is zero need for the extended feed ramps that the M4's require for reliability. Please read the Calguns Wiki
Laws that forbid the carrying of arms...disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes...Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man.
