    Turners customer service response time.

On Monday I sent an email to Turners customer service and have not yet seen a response.

every other company i have ever emailed with a complaint has gotten back to me within 24 hrs.

    anyone had a similar experience?

it looks like that may be my only choice. i was trying to get a hold of corporate because the employee's behavior was so blatant that i figured no one in the store cared.

i've always gotten either fair-to-bad customer service at a number of different Turners. I will not give them a dime of my money towards a firearm purchase..My local boys will match their specials anyways usually. Nothin like a good, local gun shop where the people appreciate your business.
After a shooting spree, they always want to take the guns away from the people who didn't do it.

I don't know. I've never had a complaint, but I did email them about a concern I had one time. They got back to me the same day and had the store manager from the store I dealt with call me to address the concern. They did ok by me.

Yep, seems to be store to store. The good news is, the new owner(s) are stocking stuff that we have not seen in a Turners in years, including this month in their sale ad they even have S&W M&P 15's.

You might call the person you e-mailed. Sometimes an e-mail can get lost in the "Junk Mailbox".
