Gunsmith Inland Empire?

Can anyone direct me to a good quality gunsmith in the IE? I need an accurate measurement of the outside diameter of the dust cover on a 92FS for a custom compensator.

If anyone could let me know of a gunsmith or someone who can do this I would appreciate it.
