That is sick! Wish they made replicas of MG42s, M60s, and M249s

        Kewl!

My trigger finger is cramping up from just thinking about firing all those belts of .22lr in semi-auto.

Lakeside Machine also makes a more cost effective, semi-auto only 22LR beltfed upper called the Razorback...

They also mfg mini 1919a4s (bought out the Tippman Arms design).

Call them up; they are quite friendly.

They do... lots of kits you can buy for the 10/22.

What would be the legality of something like this in CA? Is the .22 exempt from AW restrictions?

i think the belts are considered hi-cap feeding devices and are banned the same way that hi-cap mags are. NOT 100% SURE ON THAT THOUGH!!! just what i gather from other calgunners. the rest of it should be CA compliant except for the 7" barrel....i think. pretty sweet set up...looks fun!

Most civilization is based on cowardice. It's so easy to civilize by teaching cowardice. You water down the standards which would lead to bravery. You restrain the will. You regulate the appetites. You fence in the horizons. You make a law for every movement. You deny the existence of chaos. You teach even the children to breathe slowly. You tame.

                  Lakeside makes some neat stuff.

Correct, the >10 round belts are a no-no here in CA. The short barrel also falls into SBR category.

Lakeside also makes links in addition to the belts, so you could link up 10-rounders and be CA-legal... but what fun is that?

The new Razorback belt fed upper is semi-auto only (no FA sear trip capability like the LM7) and it lacks the quick change barrel capability of the LM7-- so it's about half the price ($700.)

The LM7 would be a hoot on a registered FA lower. You could blast away on full auto fairly cheaply!
