    Wow, what a great experience I had with CWS. I faxed them my order and called them to see if they got it ok. A lady on the line said she was not in the ordering office but would call me back to tell me if everything went through ok. It turned out that my card was over the daily limit (banks have that on your card for YOUR SAFETY ) and she would try again tomorrow. My answering machine got a call this morning from CWS, the lady on the other end told me that everything went through ok and gave me my Fedx tracking number. Simple customer service means allot to me and is something that is all but gone in the stores where I live. Anyhow, I will use CWS as much as my wallet will allow me too.

    CWS has one of the best customer service of any company I have ever dealt with.

      Sounds like you dealt with Michelle. Michelle and Hector (husband and wife) run the shop and Michelle is just the greatest person to deal with that I have met in the firearms world. If you want it, she will do whatever she can to get it. If you have a problem, she will help/work with it. They have the best customer service around and in my opinion there is no one better.

      No offense to tenpercent, as I have never used him because of our difference of locations. I am sure Wes is a great guy, but in my experience nothing tops CWS.

        Its really weird to do business with someone who doesn't act like they are doing you a favor by taking your money. I got my receivers from CWS when we only had two weeks left. They were all cool.

              I've dealt with lots, and lots, and lots of dealers in CA in over the past 16 year in CA, on a weekly basis, from as far north as Colfax and Penryn, to as far south as San Diego, from Redondo Beach to Palm Springs, and nobody has topped CWS in customer service, both in person and on the phone or internet as a faceless voice. I am not saying this lightly nor am I kissing butt - they really have been the best. I just wish they had a location near me, here in CA, that I could stop at no less than twice a week. OH! They do - their website!!

                I always feel special when I call CWS, I have called a few times with stupid questions and not left a message. A few minutes later I get a call from Michelle saying is there anything you need? WOW. I will continue to do business with them and help them out at their SF gunshows, I would like to see everyone that wants one to have a black rifle in this state. Thanks Hector and Michelle we do owe you.

                If you have ever done Business with Wes at 10 percent you can do no wrong as well. They have superior customer service and Wes is part of the reason any of us even have a BR, cudos to you too Wes! He also had to overcome some of the hardships that the forum was under when we were being hassled from other sources. It has been an interesting journey.

                      ive never felt soo good about giving someone $2000 last month.,.,.CWS hooked it up..,.,.,.,just wish that mike could do transfers.,.,.,.,i'm thrilld with the service and the product! and if you read my posts you know i'm sorta a hater
