The break they got was the shooter had a bolt action and wasnt proficient. If you know what you are doing you can shoot a bolt action pretty quickly and accurately

At least make it to where teachers in high school and elementary be able to get CCW. Making it mandatory I don't know. Well mandatory in places where something like this might occur. I know though you might be thinking that what if bad kids will probably take the gun away from the teacher and stuff well...will that really happen maybe so but its worth a try.
